ICAR-Sponsored Winter School on Advanced Statistical and Machine Learning Approaches for Data-Driven Research
ICAR-CMFRI invites eligible faculty members and researchers under the National Agricultural Research and Education System (NARES) to participate in the ICAR-Sponsored Winter School on “Advanced Statistical and Machine Learning Approaches for Data-Driven Research”, scheduled from 03 to 23 December 2026. The programme aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical skills in advanced statistical, analytical and machine learning approaches for data-driven research. Major areas include statistical modelling, regression analysis, multivariate techniques, time-series analysis, machine learning, artificial neural networks, deep learning, GIS and spatial analysis, climate and environmental data analytics, data mining, big data analytics, cloud computing and emerging AI-based approaches. The programme will include classroom lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practical exercises. The last date for receipt of applications is 26 October 2026.
