The project adopts a participatory and community-centric approach to ensure that interventions are tailored to the needs, aspirations, and local context of the Siddi community. The methodology focuses on identifying existing capacities, strengthening technical and entrepreneurial skills, and facilitating pathways for sustainable livelihood development through continuous mentorship and market integration. To achieve these objectives, the project is implemented through the following three interconnected stages:

Diagnostic Assessment: Conducting comprehensive baseline surveys and door-to-door campaigns to identify regional skill gaps, interest levels, and socio-economic backgrounds

Capacity Building & Mentorship: Delivering immersive, hands-on technical training, mentoring, subject expert interaction, and distributing study materials.

Enterprise Integration: Transitioning trainees from skill acquisition to market-ready businesses by providing infrastructure access, regulatory navigation, and direct corporate-market linkages.
